{Button, Button, Who's Got the Button?}

I just had to share my find for today......

a giant jar of BUTTONS! I L.O.V.E., love buttons and as you can see this is a pretty big jar..... all for $3.00, Score!I love the variety that you find in a jar of buttons~ old, new, vintage, retro, big, small. Ohhh, and all the colors and textures. SO FUN!

Aren't these old wooden thread spools darling? They were at the top of the jar. Hmmm, where to put them, in my kitchen or my craft room?My other favorite thing about buttons.....the versatility! Not only are they great for holding your clothes on, you can use them for crafting, on cards, and one of my favorite places...... Carlie's hair! They make a quick, easy, and in my opinion darling hair accessory.A little better view.This picture is a bit older, but I always like the rows of ponys with buttons! See how simple it is. Just take the tiny pony holders and tuck each end through the button holes and loop one over the other. Walla! Some buttons are easier to get the pony through, it just depends on the size of your button hole. On the ones that are harder, I try to leave the pony in and not break it when I take it out! Super easy and fun for a change!

10 nice, polite comments! (otherwise, don't bother!):

I have to say...you think of everything. When I saw the picture I thought surely the main use for them would be cards, but oh no, you surprised me again! You ROCK!!!

Oh by the way, I am getting ready to sell my stampin' stuff, I just don't use it like I should. If you're interested let me know.
